What’s on offer?

Short courses are designed to provide non-traditional and innovative programs that allow participants to stay fit and health whilst learning or expanding their skills. These courses range from a one-off event up to multiple week programs. All Short Courses are open for anybody to sign up and participate, with discounts available for ANU Students. Usual courses that are on offer include:
  • Yoga
  • Dancing through the Ages
  • Introduction to Mitt Work
  • Beginners Judo
  • Jujutsu
  • Swing dancing

The cost of course varries depending on the type of course on offer, the length of each session, the number of weeks the course is run for and the location of the course. For more information on the course available please CLICK HERE.
