UniSport Nationals Div 1 & Div 2 Registration

Participants competing at UniSport Nationals Div 1 & Div 2 are required to fill in the following forms:

• 2023 Unisport Nationals Div 1 & Div 2 - Participant Registration Form
• 2023 ANU Sport Participation Agreement
• 2023 ANU Sport Medical Screening Form

Incident Reporting

Any incidents or injuries which occur at Nationals will require an incident report form to be completed.
