2024 Regional Intervarsity - Expression of Interest

ANU Sport works closely with other universities in the ACT and NSW as well as UniSport Australia to organise intervarsity tournaments for our students to compete in.

In 2024, there will be a new opportunity for students to represent ANU in a regional intervarsity event across the following sports:

  • AFL (men's and women's) or AFL 9s (mixed)
  • Baseball (open)
  • Dodgeball (mixed)
  • Handball (mixed)
  • Lacrosse (mixed)
  • Lawn Bowls (open)
  • Oztag (mixed)
  • Pickleball (mixed)
  • Roundnet (open and women's)
  • Rugby 7s (men's)
  • Rugby League 9s (men's and women's)
  • Softball (female)
  • Squash (mixed)
  • Tenpin Bowling (open)
  • Ultimate (mixed)

Although full details are yet to be confirmed, the tournament is likely to be a 2-day tournament held in Newcastle between May and August 2024.
