Development of the Core
Having a strong core is fundamental to all movement we put our body through on a daily basis.
You will be taught how to train the core to maximise its key functions including:
1. Pelvic stabilisation
2. Lumbar spine protection
3. Creation of Intra-abdominal pressure (for lifting)
4. Development of good posture
5. Development of appropriate spinal mobility.
